If there were more stars to give I'd give them! To find a genuine person like Bryan (owner) in this day and age is extremely rare. Polite from the first contact all the way through to handing over the keys. No he hasn't paid me any commission to say this but I can't fault him. He listened and where he could he obliged infact he went out of his way. I honestly think if sales was that good then aftersales would be the same if not better. A true professional, a kind heart and a man I would definately do business with again.

I recently purchased my second vehicle, a Nissan Juke from Leeds Auto Sales Ltd (the first being a Ford Focus bought three years ago, which remains in good working order). The customer service was excellent. Bryan was polite friendly and a pleasure to deal with. He provided me time and space to consider my purchase, and the transaction itself was smooth and hassle free. Bryan completed several additional works on the new car prior to my collection of the vehicle, including a new exhaust, new tyres and new fog light amongst other things. I experienced a small issue with the car following the sale, and contacted Leeds Auto Sales for assistance. Bryan responded extremely promptly, provided reassurance, and helped resolve the issue which transpired to be as simple as the key fob needing a new battery (which he also kindly provided). I am extremely happy with the entire experience, and would recommend to friends and family.
