I rang Bryan in a panic as I had had my catalytic converter stolen from my car the night before and needed a car quite urgently. Bryan talked me through what he had available and what would be good for me and my circumstances. I settled on a Ford Ka. Bryan arranged delivery and told me to try it out and if I didn't like it for any reason I could give it back. It's a great little car and will hopefully be economical for me. Having never bought a used car before, I was a little concerned as to how I would have to deal with the the owners/salesperson of the garages I would have to visit. Bryan was Brilliant. I was a bit hesitant to buy a car from far away which I was not able to go and see in person but I must say, Bryan's customer service was brilliant. Honestly one of the best I have come across. I had asked him for all sorts of information about the car and he always replied straight away. You dont have to wait long to get your answers. I had multiple videos sent of the car, information, etc. The car was delivered to me in 2 days from the day I purchased it. The delivery driver was also very helpfull and easy to talk to. Overall I am very pleased with the service. Definitely my recommendation if you find a car from here.

Decent car dealers are hard to find these days, and as my wife and I are not really seasoned car buyers, we were a little apprehensive. We were looking for a reliable first car for our children, a market and price point that we thought would be the most open to danger. We found this car advertised on Auto trader, I rang the garage and arranged a test drive the following day. We were met at the site and were shown round the car and offered a test drive. The car was in excellent condition inside and out, exactly as described on the website. We have had the car a couple of days, it drives well, the autobox is smooth. The transaction was conducted with social distancing in mind, and was easy and smooth. Highly recommended.
