Bryan was amazing, viewed a vw polo and got a tour, he also explained some of the features and literally got the car the next day. He really did go out of his way to ensure the car was touched up and all paperwork was done and ready. He also gave a warranty from himself rather than another company for my peace of mind. I rang Bryan in a panic as I had had my catalytic converter stolen from my car the night before and needed a car quite urgently. Bryan talked me through what he had available and what would be good for me and my circumstances. I settled on a Ford Ka. Bryan arranged delivery and told me to try it out and if I didn't like it for any reason I could give it back. It's a great little car and will hopefully be economical for me. Bryan was Brilliant. I was a bit hesitant to buy a car from far away which I was not able to go and see in person but I must say, Bryan's customer service was brilliant. Honestly one of the best I have come across. I had asked him for all sorts of information about the car and he always replied straight away. You dont have to wait long to get your answers. I had multiple videos sent of the car, information, etc. The car was delivered to me in 2 days from the day I purchased it. The delivery driver was also very helpfull and easy to talk to. Overall I am very pleased with the service. Definitely my recommendation if you find a car from here.
